1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of the Baby App mobile app provided by Younify Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15449518. The parent or guardian who downloads or allows a child to use the app agrees to these Terms.
2. Using Baby App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Baby App for non-commercial learning and entertainment. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child's use of the app and for the device on which it is installed.
3. Accounts, advertising and purchases
Baby App does not require an account and does not contain advertising or in-app purchases. Preferences and limited progress are kept locally and may be lost if the app is removed or its data is cleared.
4. Acceptable use
You must not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, except where applicable law expressly allows it. You must not use the app in a way that is unlawful or that could damage the app, our systems or another person's device.
5. Educational content
Baby App provides games and activities for learning and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical or developmental advice. Parents and guardians should decide whether the content is suitable for their child.
6. Intellectual property
Baby App, its software, visual design, sounds and other content are owned by or licensed to Younify Tech. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our branding outside normal use of the app.
7. Availability and updates
We may improve, update or discontinue features. Device compatibility and operating system features are outside our control. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device indefinitely.
8. Liability
The app is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Younify Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain on this page with its last-updated date.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@younifytech.com.
