Baby App is an offline learning app for young children. Try the checks below, or contact Younify Tech if you still need help.
Sound or spoken prompts
Check the device volume, make sure silent mode is off, and confirm sound is enabled in Baby App. Sound effects and spoken prompts are bundled with the app, work offline and do not require an additional language voice to be installed.
Drawing or touch controls
Keep one finger inside the game area while drawing or playing. If a gesture does not respond, close and reopen the app, then restart the device if needed.
Settings and progress
Baby App has no account. Preferences and limited game progress are stored only on the device. Clearing the app's data or reinstalling it will reset them.

Email support@younifytech.com with the device model, operating-system version, app version and the steps that caused the issue. Please do not include a child's personal information.
