1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of Hookah Cafe: Lounge Tycoon ("Hookah Cafe"), a mobile game provided by Younify Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15449518. By downloading or playing the game you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can play
Hookah Cafe is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game for non-commercial entertainment.
3. Game content
Hookah Cafe is a fictional café management game. Shisha appears as part of the café setting. The game does not sell, advertise or link to tobacco products, and nothing in it encourages smoking. In-game cash and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Accounts, advertising and purchases
Hookah Cafe does not require an account and does not contain advertising or in-app purchases. Progress is kept locally and may be lost if the game is removed or its data is cleared.
5. Acceptable use
You must not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or interfere with the game, except where applicable law expressly allows it. You must not use the game in a way that is unlawful or that could damage the game, our systems or another person's device.
6. Intellectual property
Hookah Cafe, its software, visual design, characters, sounds and other content are owned by or licensed to Younify Tech. Some content is used under open licences from third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our branding outside normal use of the game.
7. Availability and updates
We may improve, update or discontinue features. Device compatibility and operating system features are outside our control. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device indefinitely.
8. Liability
The game is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Younify Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the game or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain on this page with its last-updated date.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@younifytech.com.
